What is AOS Foundation?
Is a charitable 501c3 non-profit that campaigns and advocates by taking action to end extreme childhood obesity and other related ailments, particularly in urban and under-served communities across the country.
Who is behind AOS Foundation?
The foundation was established in 2011 by Mrs. Jessica “Remo” Saul. She has over 20 years experience in STEM/STEAM educational programming and development. Leveraging her expertise in this field she established the AOS Foundation as a way to provide her award winning STEM/STEAM stepping/dance after school curriculum program to help combat the childhood obesity epidemic.
Where is AOS Foundation located?
We are headquartered in the Bronx, NY.
How is AOS Foundation Governed?
At the present, we consist of a 3-member board of directors, comprised of individuals with expertise in business, mathematics, the arts, education, activism and community involvement.
How is AOS Foundation funded?
AOS Foundation is funded primarily by philanthropists and corporate charitable gifts (social corporate responsibility efforts). At the current we do not solicit public funds nor receive government funding.
